Sunkern are not a common sight, they're essentially defenseless so running into one is rare. It is possible to bond with them though, so long as you take the time to look out for them and give them a lot of love and trust! ( , )

Many readers have written in asking to know about the “weakest” musu. Of which the official response of the project is that all musu are unique and have abilities and traits suited for their environments and needs. But some readers are insistent to have some kind of answer to their curiosity and for them I will refer you to this entry, Sun-kern the seed musu. The small, shy and exceptionally rare Sunkern has a proclivity to hide in forests to avoid aggressors. Their speed and maneuverability are very limited so this is by far their best option to do this. Humans have seldom seen the musu. To the point that it was previously considered a myth spread by Sunflora for fun. It takes an exceptionally lucky researcher to find one, as so far only six researchers have done so successfully. While the musu's magical aptitude most closely resembles "grass” musu, their biology can manipulate barely more mana than a human can naturally Meaning they have little to no natural casting ability. This coupled with their lack of strong physical bodies is why they were earlier referred to as the "weakest" musu. The researchers reject this claim for reasons listed below but we hope it satisfies reader's curiosity. sTrainer Tips While Sunkern has no powerful abilities it can control it can "make people worry". Whether this is due to a latent psychic field, the side effects of pollen it excretes or something else isn't known but most of the encounters we're aware of between humans and the musu result in the human being so anxious that they're unable to sleep for days. 18ZC cm While not as rare as Sunkern, Sunflora aren’t common either. It’s theorized that they are the result of Sunkern find ing leaf or sun stones and harnessing their power. Though we have no direct evidence of this and interviews with Sunflora aren’t reliable enough for most academics to accept. When the sun is out one can find Sunflora engaging in all sorts of erratic merriment in the fields with their fellow musu. Though when the sun goes down they will freeze in place and become unresponsive. While they appear to be sleeping they aren’t, they’re merely conserving energy and are completely attentive the whole time. It’s unwise to approach Sunflora in their silent state as when surprised they unleash a radiant beam of great power from their mouths. While similar in temperature to fire magicks, the mana composition of this attack is closer to grass magicks. Other musu are capable of harnessing this power as well but they generally require more time to charge the mana or intense weather that makes harnessing the power easier. Humans tend to be wary of Sunflora because of their unpredictability.
