Desert Valley Centaur While lost in the desert, I encountered a Centaur Warrior who informed me that the nearest settlement was over a week’s journey on foot, (too far for my meager supplies), but if I were to ride on his back, we could easily make the journey in half the time. There was only the problem of my supplies and research notes. While the weight was no issue, there would be no space for me upon his back! Thankfully among my... scientiñe instruments... were some leather straps and bindings, which I used to create a makeshiñ sling. The arrangement was, admittedly, a bit of a tight ñt, but once secured, it was exceptionally comfortable.
