Where they use thin tendrils on their backs to form shapes reminiscent of text characters in a sequence. Unown tend to cover themselves up and coupled with their rarity, most don't have a good grasp on what unown look like. Though they are humanoid, bipedal and always have one eye. It's believed that unown currently exist in their own space created by Arceus. In the time of testament, Arceus tasked unown with various jobs to create the world but after they were finished she placed them into a sort of ''alternate space''. Which has properties unlike our own world. In the few times where unown have been found outside this space, they've only been seen for short periods of time before they disappear into thin air. Presumably back to their home world. Despite having mouths, they've never been heard speaking. Some claim to have mind melded with the musu at their touch to communicate with them but none of our researchers have experienced this to confirm with certainty. Unown have never been witnessed in conflict.
